Lawn Maintenance - On a regular weekly schedule all designated lawn areas will be cut to maintain a turf at a height of approximately 2” inches during the growing season. During dry spells, the grass will be allowed to maintain a height of 3" to prevent browning. Edging and trimming of all lawn areas will be done to maintain a tidy appearance. Any grass clippings shall be blown clean from patios, walkways and garden areas after the property has been cut and trimmed. To insure that the property has a clean, trim and healthy appearance during the entire maintenance period (May to October), we will make weekly inspections of the lawn and plants for insect and disease infestations.
